Bee Pollen is a POWERFUL Anti-Allergen.

The first time anyone ingests bee pollen, they should take a tiny dose, just 3 or 4 grains.

Initial ingestion of bee pollen may cause a mild allergic reaction in a few individuals. Symptoms may consist of a scratchy throat, itch, watery eyes or sneezing.

If this happens to you, we suggest ("we are just beekeepers") that you drink water. Relax. Maybe take a Benadryl. Step back your dose to fewer grains the next time and determine what works for your body.

Very rarely a severe reaction, such as hives or anaphylactic shock may occur with people who have severe allergies or with people who consume too much, too soon. Be wise in sharing this product with friends and educate them about proper consumption.

Bee Pollen can be ingested daily.

The dose can be steadily increased (as long as there are no signs of allergy) to a recommended teaspoon. Most of our customers eat a teaspoon daily.

You can mix it with yogurt or add it to smoothies!
